Join our Fantasy Football League

Fall is approaching, and that means football season is too! Join a Medina Fantasy Football League and play for fun and bragging rights with other Medina families. It's FREE to join and winning teams receive prizes. Sign up by Wednesday August 31st by emailing fantasyfootball@medinapta.org to receive an invitation link to our Yahoo! league. The online draft will be held on Wednesday Sept 7th at 6pm.

Teacher appreciation week is 5/2 to 5/6, let’s spoil our teachers/staff and show our appreciation!

5/2 Flowers from families and arranged by PTA (drop off flowers by school front door during students drop off)
5/3 Lunch provided by PTA
5/4 Bring a card for Teachers & staff (please labeled with names)
5/5 Room parents prepare gift for Teachers
5/6 PTA brings coffee & treats for Teachers and staff

Spring Afterschool Sports Programs Registration Opens THIS Tuesday!

We are thrilled to be able to continue our Afterschool Sports Program in Spring. Please see the details here. Registrations start this Tuesday, April 5th at 9:30am with limited space.

Registration link HERE will activate for PTA members only.

Basketball and Badminton will be moved into Gym with reduced spots available, and there will be no priority registration. Kudos to all volunteers who helped out with lunch chairs in the past a few months!

Fantasy Football Wrap Up

Thank you and congratulations to all Medina PTA Fantasy Football League participants this year! In the Kids Division final, The Mysterious Seahawk Society beat Tristan's Team 109.07-97.52. In the Parents Division final, Team Schechter beat Ash's A Team 130.96-126.32. In the Mixed Division final, Don Family's Lucky Picks beat Tony's Bold Team 106.84-102.08. Division winners will receive a trophy.

Winter Afterschool Sports Programs Registration Opens THIS WED!

We are excited to have such huge interest in our winter afterschool programs. Registration is still open with limited availability; spots are not guaranteed.

Volunteers are needed to help set up/take down chairs, as outdoor lunch and afterschool programs share the undercover area. We cannot maintain our kids’ afterschool program schedules without your help! Sign up here to volunteer.

Book Fair Wrap Up

Congratulations and way to go Medina Elementary! Fair proceeds raised almost $3,400 in funds to buy books and materials for our school library. In addition, we were able to purchase several classroom and teacher requests with the generous donations of students remaining eWallet funds. Thank you again!

For this week only, our school library will be transformed into a Scholastic book store! All proceeds benefit the school library.

Student Shopping: Your child can shop during their weekly library class. Set up an eWallet to fund their purchases.

Adults Only Shopping: Sign up or walk in during our adult-only hours: Tue. 3-5pm, Wed. 12:50-3:30pm, 5-7pm, and Thu. 3-5pm.
