The Byte and News Blog Submission Form Complete this form to submit PTA or school news for The Byte or the website's News Blog. Submissions are due Friday before that Sunday's Byte issue (2 days later) - no exceptions.
Community News Submission Form Complete this form to submit information about non-PTA news, activities, and events that may be of interest to Medina families.

 

 

2022-2023 financial Documents

Document Description/Instructions
Reimbursement Form Request for reimbursement. Email to committee chair or appropriate BOD officer for approval, cc'ing treasurer@medinapta.org or treasurer_sf@medinapta.org. Request must include receipt.
Cash Box Count Form Form required anytime cash is accepted. Must be completed BEFORE and AFTER an event. Requires signatures of two PTA members. Return completed form and cash to the treasurer.   

 

2022-2023 PTA Governance Documents

Document Description
WSPTA Uniform Bylaws (effective 7/1/2022) Provides an outline of our basic purposes, a structure for the governance of the association, and a description of the rights and responsibilities of membership. By our affiliation with National PTA and Washington State PTA, Medina PTA is required to abide by and conform to these bylaws.
PTA Policies Policies for Board standards of conduct, password transition, legal documents, distribution of materials, social media, membership benefits, afterschool activities, self-funding finances, awards, volunteering, and privacy.
